Content Creation Internship
JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey in the future) quickly, easily, and safely.
JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world, and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom’s offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.
Now we are looking for an Intern to create video content, implement SOPs, and manage information system & cataloguing related to video sample orders placed by potential customers around the world.
Job Description/Responsibilities/Scope:
Examine the products received for the order, and record defects into the report
Create informative videos to explain the product details, including size, material, general appearance, and defects based on our Video Requirements Document
Communicate all issues and questions with the team regarding products
Organize documents and maintain current filing system created for video samples
Create simple article content for social media marketing
Requirements:
At least 4 days per week, in-house; flexibility discussable
General photo and video editing skills at adapting to different requirements for each video request
Excellent Organizational Skills
English Level CET-6 or TEM-4;
Basic Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred:
Prior vlogging experience is a bonus
Good understanding of general quality expectation for average consumer
Ability to think from the perspective of potential buyers and provide content based on needs from consumer point of view
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other photo editing programs
Experience using Capcut, Adobe, and other video editing programs
